Marvellous setting, it's adjacent to train station, shops, railway station and beach and centre. One of tourist spots - The Tower - is not too far from the hotel, enjoyed that. Brilliant rooms complete with the bed in a screwed up heap, the TV was, for example.

Everything was outstanding, loved our unforgettable stay. The beach nearby was clean and the view was superb. The room was recently refurbished, bed was incredible, luxurious bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Simply a 10-minute walk to skegness beach, which was good. Cod and cockerel served dishes within 600 metres off the hotel.
